In order to be the best version of yourself and become the masculine man you must first need to know your ideal self very well. The sooner you know your ideal self, the easier and faster you’ll get there.

We are all good enough, I suppose, in our own unique ways. We all have the basic raw material to be the best of people, or the worst of people. From there on, the unique combination of circumstances and our own inner strength and resilience shapes our character.

And one thing is very certain, even the best amongst us cannot deny that we can be better versions of ourselves. And that is all that’s needed – to embrace our authentic selves and evolve without changing our basic core. Life is one long process of evolution, and while some of us gradually proceed from one stage to the next, learning and adapting along the way. But others makes the worst fallacy by imagining that we have arrived and have nothing left to learn.

Since improving yourself is a choice and a life long process you need to build it on the solid foundation of belief that you are here for a reason and you will make it the best out of it, be it your success, freedom, or happiness combinedly known fulfillment. So, lets’ jump in right there….


1). Abundance Mindset

It’s a mentality that tells people that there is a lack in life and what they can do about it to grow. Abundance mindset tells you that there are always new chances and opportunities. This relieves much of the pressure you may feel if you have a scarcity mentality that makes you think that you’ve only got one shot right now. An abundance mentality can help you improve your performance since with it, you‘re creating a lot less pressure and anxieties within your own mind.

Having an abundance mindset is also about sharing. Since one very good way to acknowledge how much you have is to share it. Do you feel like you’re not making enough money? Give some away. Not enough love? Give some away. Not enough validation, appreciation, recognition? Give it all away. It’s hard for something to feel scarce when you’re giving it away.

You can develop an abundance mindset by becoming aware of your thoughts. If you find you are getting less than amazing results in any area of life, ask yourself, Are my thoughts about this based in fear and scarcity? If so, then ask, What do I need to do to shift my mindset to abundance?

You can make the decision to start living a life of healthy abundance today, as you begin to expand your awareness and notice any scarcity mentality that might arise.


2). Stop giving a f**k

Stop Giving A F**k is a key. The key to a better and happy life. It’s a skill that needs to be practiced, like any other skill. Once you truly understand how to let go, you will see the world from an entirely different perspective.

Don’t focus your life and efforts on chasing a mirage. It causes mental health problems you don’t want. You are probably too busy giving a f**k about so many things around you that you’ve practically stopped living. The key to the good life you really need is giving a f**k about what’s important to your growth, career and total well being.

When you give too many f**ks what strangers think about you, you end up feeling insecure in public places. You seek approval through dating (and getting attention from women), you end up on an emotional roller coaster that can leave you feeling ‘unworthy’ and lonely. And When you give too many fucks what your family thinks about your career, you end up working a job you don’t care about.

But When you stop giving a f**k about people and shitty things, your self-confidence and your worth will definitely shoot through the roof faster than you can ever imagine. You’ll start to believe in yourself and what you can offer the world, without letting outside influences stop you or sway your decisions.

Most people would like to be the best possible version of themselves. Everyone has a different concept of what makes you the best that you can be. The best version of yourself isliterally the happiest version of yourself!

When you love yourself, life is limitless. You can do anything you want. It‘s time you throw off the shackles of expectation and judgment, and start living from your heart. It‘s time you astound yourself with how beautiful your life can be.

Loving yourself more is not being greedy, selfish or unfair. We are taught to be considerate and put others first but never how to love and prepare ourselves for the journey ahead. While you can be generous and kind, it shouldn‘t be with a low self-esteem.

We need to get over the fear of the unknown and understand our worth by simply practicing self-love. Self-love is not a one-time event but an endless, ongoing process.


4). Self-Confidence

Self-Confidence is the ability to move out of you comfort zone and take risks with no guarantee of success. The Power of Self-Confidence explains that confidence is “mental fitness”. It can be developed by engaging in a series of regular exercises to build up and maintain higher and higher levels of self confidence in every area of your life.

Self-confidence is your projection of yourself and your security. When you have strong self-confidence, you are projecting that:- You‘re happy with yourself, You‘re not afraid of life or what is coming in the future, You have a positive attitude, You know where you‘re going, You‘re independent, not dependent and needy.

You must always see yourself as superior in everything you do. You should have no doubt, no shame and definitely no insecurities in whatever you‘re going to do. Everything that happens in your life is because of the energy and confidence that you exude. 

5). Escaping Fear

Many of us have probably experienced this at one time or another. Since failure is just a part of life. The fear of failing can be immobilizing – it can cause us to do nothing, and therefore resist moving forward. But when we allow fear to stop our forward progress in life, we’re likely to miss some great opportunities along the way.

Fear of failure is closely linked to fear of rejection and criticism from others, as well as to procrastination and excuse making. You can always create an excuse not to do anything, no matter how potentially valuable and rewarding. It’s just whether you choose to believe those excuses.

Fearing failure to the point that we don’t even try something prevents us from ever truly knowing what we might just be capable of. If you are afraid of failure, you might be uncomfortable setting goals. But goals help us define where we want to go in life. Without goals, we have no sure destination.


6). Power Of Struggle.

One of the great benefits of struggle is that it forces us to move when we would otherwise stand still. This leads to the full realization that success comes only through struggle. Show me a successful person and I will show you someone who who has struggled in life.

Life is a struggle and the rewards go to those who meet difficulty face to face, overcome it and move on to the next challenge. Don’t avoid it. Embrace it and use it to help you learn, grow and succeed.

Never be haste in struggling situations, be active otherwise you end up being broken at the end of struggle, not even able to survive the impact.

Understand that struggle is helping us in refining us. The more the diamond is cut and polished, the more it shines out. Be like a butterfly who struggles initially and flies happily at the end. Seek guidance from others but be your own decision makers. Have faith in you, God and destiny.


7). The Power Of Purpose

When you don‘t have a purpose, you feel empty and alone. Purpose gives your life a deeper meaning. It ends that shallowness from inside and fills it with love and respect for everyone and everything around. Makes you a part of the grand scheme of things in this universe.

It makes you feel like you matter a lot and you are very important for yourself as well as to the universe, because you‘re doing something valuable, something worth noticing.

Prepare for success by eliminate things that stress you out and slow you down. Try to be one step ahead instead of one step behind. Being prepared will help you feel less stressed and overwhelmed. Create routines for yourself that promote success. But Keep in mind that success is not a straight line. You will sometimes have setbacks, and this is all part of progressing towards your goal.

And when you discover your purpose, you will live a life you never knew you could have. You‘ll be excited, thrilled and energetic almost always and feel like a full steam engine, charging down on your path. And the best part is you‘ll start feeling it almost immediately once you find your purpose.


8). Having Mini–Milestones

When your goals are specific and achievable you are more apt to meet them and feel good about it. On the other hand, if you goals are vague and another level unrealistic you are more likely to get frustrated and forego all of your goals. The best way to fulfill your purpose is to break it down, into simpler smaller goals so that you will be able to complete them easily. And once you get there then keep increasing your goal. It‘s better, it‘s easier to do, and you won‘t feel that of it like a mountain of a goal.


9). Positive Affirmations

I truly believe that our thoughts create our actions and our actions create our reality. If we’re constantly inundating ourselves with negative thoughts, we will take negative actions (or lack of action) and this will be the reality we live in. That’s not to say that we all must live in a state of disillusion, but we also don’t need to punish ourselves with every single thought we have.

If you are thinking positive and backing it up with the right actions then you are in a really healthy state of mind and you have an advantage over the people who are not using the power of affirmations.

Affirmations are important because it’s the gateway to change. It‘s the beginning point, it is the gateway. It can either create a good positive thought process for you, or if you use it in a negative way, then it will suck you away.

  • Enthusiastic about my work and I love doing it.
  • I radiate success.

10). Become A Man Of Action

No matter how much I teach you, or what I tell you. If you‘re not a man of actions, if you flitter away when it comes to taking actions, then nobody can save you from becoming just like everybody else, a dead fish.

Action is one of the best ways to break out of a negative loop that you may have created for yourself.

Learn to do something that you have always wanted to do but you never made the time to do it. Develop a skill to further your career. Becoming stagnant in your career and life is exhausting and demotivating.

  • Take an online course.
  • Take an in-person class.
  • Read a how-to book or article.
  • Learn from your friends or family and share your knowledge with them as well.

Follow The rule of 33%

Spend your 33% of time with people who are below than your level so that you can mentor them regardless of they themselves don’t want your mentorship.

Spend Your next 33% of time with the people who are on the path and level as yours and accomplished the stuffs you have already accomplished so that you two can mutually learn and grow.

And spend your rest 33% of time with people who are 10 – 20 years ahead of you. the people who has accomplished things which you want to accomplish so that you get mentorship from them and grow and be the man you want to be.


11). Being Persistence

We hear it time after time that persistence pays off. But what exactly does persistence mean and look like? Persistence is when you continually work on something time after time, despite any setbacks that may occur.

Highly persistent and laid back don’t seem like they should go together, but if you want to avoid the negative emotions from arising, you may want to work on being more laid back in life. Negative emotions and anxiety can take their toll on your heart, digestion, sexual organs, and brain, so it is important to find a way to chill out and become more laid back if you want to be persistent in your life.

You use up a lot of energy when you are being persistent. You need to use physical energy to get you where you want to go and keep you awake. Also need to use it if you are working on health goals or are in a physically demanding job.

You need to use mental energy to make decisions, focus, be creative, listen, talk, learn, teach, use willpower, deal with hard things, and stay committed. You use mental energy in almost everything you do!

If you want something, then persistence is the key to success. If you know you can get it, and you want it bad enough, your efforts are likely going to pay off. But, you need to stay persistent despite the people giving you the dirty looks or yelling in your ear that you can’t or shouldn’t.

The key the persistence is to start simple and relatively easy. Then, you will be able to be persistent, gradually building up long-lasting habits. Any time you slide down, restart with something simple again until you get the hang of sticking to that habit. Then you too can become a persistent person.


12). Enjoying the Journey

Now, once you have gotten your transformation, you have become a better man, the man that you always wanted to become, then I want you to enjoy the journey.

REMEMBER : It‘s a marathon, not a sprint. So, be carefree and enjoy life as well.

Stop worrying and live your life. Be a Warrior, not a worrier. It‘s so important that in this tiny life of yours you work on your destiny and find the time to enjoy as well. That‘s the point of a fulfilled life. I want you to live your life, and not just endure it, like a dull existence. Life is meant to be lived.

You only listen to your heart and do as it wishes you to do. Because only you know what‘s best for you.
