Karma in the way that most people mean it, there isn’t any of that. What you sow you do reap because Law of Attraction says that which you offer vibrationally is that which you bring back. But it does not pass on from life time to life time in the negative sense that people mean because when you reemerge into non-physical, you reemerge into pure positive energy.
And when you come into your next incarnation you come forth from a place of pure positive energy. Here is everything you should know about karma.
How It Works And What You Should Know About Karma
Karma is the Sanskrit word for action. It is equivalent to Newton’s law of ‘every action must have a reaction’. When we think, speak or act we initiate a force that will react accordingly. A person may not escape the consequences of his actions, but he will suffer only if he himself has made the conditions ripe for his suffering. Every person shall bear his own burden, and every person shall receive his own reward according to his own labor.”
Understand Good Karma and Bad Karma
I will explain this with a scenario.
Consider you are in a location where a Tiger is chasing a deer to hunt. You can do two things.
1) Help the deer to run away from the hands of Tiger
2) Help Tiger to hunt it down.
Answer is if we help deer then it is good karma else bad.
Is it really??? I don’t think there is something like good or bad karma.
It works like this –
If you help deer, as you understood the value of life. Karma will not give an experience of someone playing with your life. But at the same place we are pulling the food of Tiger from its mouth and even it dies if it won’t eat any. So, you don’t know the value of lack of food then karma will make sure you experience it due to the decision taken.
If second is taken, that is help tiger. Now, karma see the value of food in you. But also finds the lack of importance to life. Karma see to it that you taste that pain definitely.
Then why do we call good karma or bad? Now it is totally a different perception. We(humans) like to see someone gain something directly if we help. (Like deer is alive, its the result of my decision. Yes I’m happy. So I did good karma).
There are indirect helps, like helping Tiger would seem cruel directly but because of it, now Tiger’s family has food without which they would have died. But this thought is indirect , So it became bad karma And other became good karma for us.

Karma is a law not a choice. Every living being abides by this law.
Our intention is important, when it comes to the result of an action then the intention behind it is more important than the act itself. Two people may perform a same task with two different intentions. While helping someone, one person may do it out of selfishness and the second one with a pure heart. Only the second one will have the positive result.
Suffering and happiness is related to Karma, negative actions lead to suffering and positive actions beget happiness and joy. If this sounds true than you already believe in Karma.
An action is never wasted, even though a long time may pass from its creation to its resultant effect, no single action is ever wasted. Sometimes it may take a few lifetimes for the realization of the Karmic results of a substantial action. So we should keep on generating positive actions without worrying for the results.
Good deeds is the gateway to enlightenment, every soul has a purpose. Only through constantly performing good deeds through positive intentions, we can ultimately achieve self realization and inner peace.
NOTE :–
There is no such reality as something for nothing, there is nothing like a free lunch in this world and one must work hard to attain anything in this world.
But in the process never hurt anyone/anything because it will come back to you and you must have to pay for it with the intensity you have made the deeds, either positively or negatively.
Universal Laws Of Karma
This law exists entirely for our own good. This law of cause and effect is not punishment, but is wholly for the sake of education or learning. It allows us to make progress in our soul’s evolution.
The Great Law
As you sow, so shall you reap. This is also known as the Law of Cause and Effect. Whatever we put out in the Universe is what comes back to us. If what we want is Happiness, Peace, Friendship, Love… Then we need to BE Happy, Peaceful, Loving and a Friend.
The Law of Creation
Life doesn’t just happen, it requires our participation. We are connected with the Universe both inside and out. Whatever surrounds us gives us clues to our inner state. BE and DO yourself… Do what you want to have in your Life.
The Law of Humility
What you refuse to accept, will keep following you. If what we perceive is an enemy, or someone with a character trait that we find to be negative, then we ourselves are not focused on a higher level of existence.
The Law of Growth
Wherever you go, there you are. For us to ‘Grow in Spirit’ it is WE who must change and not the people, places or things around us.
The only given we have in our lives is OURSELVES, and that is the only factor we have control over. When we change who and what our thinking selves and behaviours are, our heart and our life changes too.
The Law of Responsibility
Whenever there is something wrong, we can find that error within our thinking/perception. We mirror what surrounds us and what surrounds us mirrors us.
We must take responsibility for what is in our life.
The Law of Connection
Even if something we do seems inconsequential, it is very important that it gets done as everything in the Universe is connected. Each step leads to the next step and so forth and so on. Someone must do the initial work to get a job done.
Neither the first step nor the last are of greater significance; they are both needed to accomplish the task. Past, Present, Future: They are all connected.
The Law of Focus
You can’t think of two things at the same time. When our focus is on Spiritual Values it is impossible for us to have lower thoughts such as greed or anger.
The Law of Giving and Hospitality
If you believe something to be true, then sometime in your life you will be called upon to demonstrate that truth. Here is where we put what we SAY that we have learned into practice.

The Law of Here and Now
Looking back to examine what was, prevents us from being totally in the here and now.
Old thoughts, old patterns of behaviour, old dreams. Prevent us from having new ones.
The Law of Change
History repeats itself until we learn the lessons that we need to change our path.
The Law of Patience and Reward
All Rewards require initial toil. Rewards of lasting value require patient and persistent toil. True Joy follows doing what we’re supposed to be doing and waiting for the reward to come in its own time.
The Law of Significance and Inspiration
You get back from something whatever you’ve put into it. The Value of something is a direct result of the energy and intent that is put into it. Every personal contribution is also a contribution to the Whole.
Lack lustre contributions have no impact on the Whole – or work to diminish it. Loving contributions lift up and inspire the Whole.
NOTE : –
Instead of using the laws of karma to feel constrained, it is better to understand the true meaning of them so that you can make your life better. It is good to know about good deeds and bad deeds as true knowledge can liberate us. If you take a deeper look at certain aspects of human life, you will understand that good actions brings us positive results whereas negative actions tend to bear negative results.
Additional Things You Should Know About Karma: An Alpha’s Perspective
I used to think Karma was a simple, transactional force. A cosmic ledger that tallied good deeds and bad, a system of divine cause and effect that would eventually balance itself out. Do good, get good. Do bad, get bad. It felt like a passive, almost leisurely process—something I could outsource to the universe while I focused on building my legacy.
But I was wrong. Through a journey of success, failure, and profound self-reflection, I’ve come to understand that Karma is not a passive judge. It is an active, immediate, and intensely personal force. It’s the physics of the soul, and understanding its true nature is the ultimate power move for any man seeking to master his world.
Alpha Male Energy: The Architect of Your Karma
Let’s talk about “Alpha Male Energy.” The term is often misrepresented as dominance for dominance’s sake—aggression, ego, and a winner-take-all mentality. That’s not Alpha energy; that’s insecurity wearing a costume. True Alpha energy is about taking radical responsibility. It’s about being the author of your story, the captain of your ship, and the chief architect of your karma.
This energy isn’t about controlling others; it’s about mastering yourself. When you operate from this place of empowered responsibility, you stop seeing Karma as a future punishment or reward. You start to feel its currents in the present moment. Every decision, every action, and crucially, every intention becomes a brick you are laying for the foundation of your future.
An Alpha understands that his vibe attracts his tribe. The energy he projects—whether it’s integrity, hostility, generosity, or deceit—acts as a magnet, pulling congruent experiences and people into his reality. This isn’t mystical woo-woo; it’s a practical law of human interaction.
Consider the difference in these two approaches to leadership:
| The Low-Vibration “Alpha” (The Ego) | The High-Vibration Alpha (The Architect) |
|---|---|
| Intention: To dominate and be served. | Intention: To lead and to serve. |
| Action: Takes credit, blames others. | Action: Takes responsibility, gives credit. |
| Karmic Output: Projects fear and insecurity. | Karmic Output: Projects confidence and stability. |
| Karmic Return: Attracts sycophants, betrayals, and constant challenges to his shaky authority. | Karmic Return: Attracts loyal allies, respect, and collaborative success. |
The first man is building a karmic prison of his own design, day by day. The second is building a kingdom. Both are experiencing the immediate feedback of their actions.
The most powerful quote I’ve ever internalized on this comes from the great Mahatma Gandhi, who was an Alpha of a different, far more potent kind:
“Your beliefs become your thoughts, your thoughts become your words, your words become your actions, your actions become your habits, your habits become your values, your values become your destiny.”
This is the blueprint of Karma. It doesn’t start with a grand action; it starts with a single, silent thought. The Alpha male energy is the discipline to curate those thoughts, to align them with the destiny you wish to build.
I learned this the hard way. Early in my career, I operated from a place of lack and scarcity. I saw other people’s success as a piece of the pie that was now missing from my plate. My intentions were selfish, my actions were competitive in the most cutthroat sense, and my energy was one of thinly veiled desperation. The karmic return was immediate: I attracted partners I couldn’t trust, clients who nickel-and-dimed me, and a constant, grinding anxiety that no amount of superficial success could quell.
The shift happened when I decided to change my energy. I started focusing on adding value first, without the immediate expectation of return. I led with competence and integrity, not aggression. I celebrated the wins of others, knowing that abundance is not a finite resource. The karmic return was, again, immediate. I began attracting high-quality people, opportunities seemed to find me, and my work became a source of joy, not just a means to an end.
This brings me to the most critical addition to your understanding of Karma: The Currency is Energy, Not Just Action.
You can perform a “good” action with a rotten intention and still get a negative karmic return. For example, donating to charity for public applause and ego inflation. The action is charitable, but the energy is selfish. The karmic return won’t be pure abundance; it will be a reinforcement of your ego and a dependency on external validation.
Conversely, you can deliver a hard truth—a “negative” action in the short term—with the pure intention of helping someone grow. The energy is love and respect. The karmic return will be deepened trust and respect.
| Action | Impure Intention (Energy) | Karmic Return | Pure Intention (Energy) | Karmic Return |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Offering Criticism | To belittle, to feel superior | Defensiveness, resentment | To help them improve, to care | Gratitude, growth, loyalty |
| Closing a Business Deal | To beat the opponent, to win at all costs | A soulless victory, a future adversary | To create a fair, mutual victory | A strong partner, a foundation for future deals |
| Exercising Discipline | Out of self-loathing, to punish the body | Burnout, injury, resentment | Out of self-respect, to honor the body | Sustained energy, vitality, pride |
This is why the journey inward is the most Alpha pursuit you can ever undertake. Mastering the external world is a hollow victory if you are a slave to the internal one. Your intention is the seed, your action is the water, and your karma is the harvest. You cannot plant seeds of resentment and expect to harvest joy.
So, I challenge you to reframe your relationship with this ancient law. Stop waiting for the universe to settle scores. Become the active agent of your karma.
- Audit your energy. What are you radiating into the world? Is it lack or abundance? Fear or confidence?
- Interrogate your intentions. Before you act, ask yourself: “Why am I really doing this? Is it to build or to take?”
- Take radical responsibility. For everything. Your results, your relationships, your mood. The moment you stop blaming external forces is the moment you grab the reins of your karmic destiny.
Karma is not waiting for you in some distant future. It is speaking to you right now, in the quality of your relationships, the peace in your mind, and the fire in your heart. Listen to it. It’s the most honest feedback you will ever get.
Build your legacy with conscious energy. Lead with a purpose that serves others, and watch as the universe conspires to serve you in return. That is the way of the true Alpha. That is the path of powerful karma.
>> CONCLUSION
What you give is what you get in this world. If you give love, you will get it and if you spread hatred, you might get it back. So, it is better to spread love, happiness and positive energy to get back the same.
If you wish to change anything external, you must change yourself from inside. Also, if you wish to change the world, you must first change yourself. The real change starts from inside. Your internal state influences your surroundings and your surroundings influence your internal state. That is why it is better to choose your surroundings carefully.
Also, it is better to choose your thoughts, words and deeds carefully to keep your internal state clean. Your past deeds, thoughts and behavior may influence your present. Therefore, choose every action carefully.
Such as you can take action NOW and become insanely masculine man.
