Being happy often means finding satisfaction, contentment, a feeling of joy, and a sense that your life is meaningful during all kinds of problems — that does not depend upon finding ease or comfort. Happiness has little to do with comfort or possessions. Happiness is not a simple goal, but is about making progress.

1). Choosing Happiness
Happiness is a choice. Happiness is a kind of choice that we make and create for ourselves. It is not something that depends on other people or getting their approval. It doesn’t really matter the circumstances in our life, we have still got the choice to live a happy life. Don’t chase happiness, recognize it.
When you stop chasing the world’s definition of happiness which is faking then you begin to see the decision to experience happiness has been right in front of you all along. When you’re alone and suddenly you notice your smile, the smile which isn’t falsely constructed to please anyone else, but it’s naturally powered by your inner bliss, which radiates and beams through your being then you will feel know what happiness feels like.
Happiness is not something that we capture through the affirmation or actions of others. We can be inspired by others, but Happiness comes from within.
Ways To choose Happiness :-
Don’t Fake Anything:
This one gives you body consuming thoughts, when you will get consumed at every breathe you take how could you be happy?
Wear A Smile:
Smile when you feel like, It should not be fake. Many people do this to fool others but they are consuming deep down from within. Those people live for others, they don’t have their own life.
I’m going out of track, so yeah wear a smile because our facial expression can influence our brain in just the same way our brains influence our face. In other words, you can actually program yourself to experience happiness by choosing to smile but, smile when you feel like.
Always choose to focus on the positive aspects of life rather than the negative. You need to set your minds on specific reasons to be grateful. And discover there is always something grateful for.
For example thanking god for everything, thanking god for waking you up every morning healthy, no body knows when you won’t wake up in the morning and found dead. Thanking life for so many opportunities life has to offer and it has offered.
2). Don’t Look Back and Allow Yourself to Be Happy
You are responsible for your life, feelings, actions, and for every results you get. You are in control of your thoughts. Have the ability to stop thinking about something and to start thinking about something else.
Once you take personal responsibility for your life and actions, you will begin to improve your ability to respond to external factors you may not have control over.You can improve your results and become smarter, faster, more intelligent, more kind, more able to contribute to your own success and happiness.

Do what you love. Conserve resources as much as you can so you don’t get distracted from what you love. Stick with it until you’re done. Ignore people who tell you to do something more reasonable.

Jealousy is the biggest happiness killer. This takes you nowhere but to your destruction. You can attract happiness 50% just by abolishing selfishness and jealousy from your character. Have you ever asked yourself why do you upload your lots of pictures on social media? Why do you give a check in on facebook or upload snaps in Instagram during travel? Why do you share your achievements in social media?
The answer is that you are narcissistic. Our all activities are self-centered. You want to
show off and brag about your success and you are an attention seeker. You seek validation from other people for your achievement. Truly successful don’t need to share their achievements in social media.
Interestingly, we feel uneasy when we listen about other people’s success or feel clumsy when we see the amazing achievement or success of our friends while scrolling in social media feed.
We are jealous. Jealousy is some sorts of thing where we drink the poison and expect that other people will die. But ultimately you will die by the effect of your jealousy.
The earlier you will get rid of selfishness and jealousy, the better things will start to happen with you very soon. Congratulate your friends, colleagues or relatives for their success. Pray for them. Suddenly you will start to feel better; your action plan will be changed. You will feel the power of life and happiness with a clean and broader mind.
4). Teach Yourself to Reach Your Happy Now
You can’t grow if you don’t challenge yourself. And growth is a requirement of happiness. If you’re not growing, you’re slowly decaying and dying.
Elevated risk makes you feel more alive and puts you in a state of flow—which is an optimal conscious state where you feel and perform at your highest level. You become completely absorbed in what you’re doing—pure presence.
When you do things way outside your comfort zone, you naturally raise your conscious level. When you do things that involve high risk, and high probability of failure, you are forced to think differently than you normally do. You are forced to be creative and innovative.
Focus on gains, rather than pains
On love, rather than hatred.
Focus on smiles, rather than tears,
On blessings, rather than problems.
Focus on learning, rather than sufferings.

Everyone wants to be treated kindly. But more than that, deep down, we also want to treat others with the same respect that we would like given to us. Treat everyone you meet with kindness, patience, and grace.
The Golden Rule is a powerful standard. It benefits the receiver. But also brings growing satisfaction in yourself as you seek to treat others as you would like to be treated.
Care about people. In life, you get what you put in. When you make a positive impact in someone else’s life, you also make a positive impact in your own life. Do something that’s greater than you – something that helps someone else to be happy or to suffer less.
When you warm other people’s hearts, you will remain warm yourself.
When you support, encourage and inspire others, then you will discover support, encouragement and inspiration in your own life as well.

Stay foolish, stay humble and down-to-earth person. Why are you so arrogant? Do you know everything? Are you immortal? Do you have arrogance for your successful academic career, job or business or high status in society?
Arrogant and egoistic people will never be happy in life. Always ready to learn new things. Stay foolish, ask for help and prepare to achieve new skill and embrace new ideas. Well, you have achieved something in life. You must stay humble and down-to-earth person because that’s the power of a great virtue of human being.
Stay foolish and stay humble all the time, that’s the way you will able to adopt an amazing change in life. Life becomes easy, simple but it will have lots of fun.
Live in the present. Don’t miss the moments that matter most. Be incredibly grateful for all you have. Focus your life on the important and essential. Forge the many good opportunities in order to focus on the few best ones.
In reality, the level of our life’s happiness has nothing to do with the things that other people say or do, even if we feel like it. Being true to yourself that matters. For happiness do what you really want to do, do what’s right, work hard to get your desires but never hurt other people in the process. Be honest. Be honest, real and brave. Let your inner light be your guide.
